How To Wash Synthetic Hair

AUTHOR - DATE - 8/May/2014 / CATEGORY - 0 Comments

We’ve had a lot of questions recently about how to wash synthetic hair – from synthetic clip in hair extensions, to wigs and hairpieces and ponytails. We’ve put together this tutorial to show you exactly how to wash them correctly.

A few top tips to keep in mind:

    • Always use cool water, never hot! Hot water can soften synthetic fibers and cause any wavy extensions to become straight.
    • Do not comb the hair when wet – it will affect and damage the fiber.
    • Place on a stand to dry naturally, do not use heat
