I already love both Moroccanoil and Macadamia Natural Oil but there’s just one more that is definitely at the top of my list now – L’Oreal Professionnel Mythic Oil.

Suitable for all hair types, Mythic Oil will nourish and smooth those pesky fly away hairs.

From the first time using it (I used it on dry hair initially to tame a frizzy pony tail!) I noticed how smooth my hair became instantly but with absolutely no greasy feel to it likes some oils can create. The velvety feel to the oil is what surprised me the most, it didn’t feel all that oily but more like a velvet liquid which my hair absorbed quickly, and better yet, it didn’t lie on my hands.

It is enriched with both avocado oil and grape seed oil to nourish and create shine and it has the most amazing yet subtle scent.

You can also use it on damp hair too after towel drying your hair which I would definitely recommend. Do this before blow drying and your hair will look noticeably more soft and silky. And for those days where all you want to do is tie your hair up but the ends aren’t looking their best, just apply a small pump of Mythic Oil on your hands, massage together and run through the ends of your hair.

It comes in a 125ml bottle with a pump dispenser which I found really useful as L’Oreal recommends 1-2 pumps depending on hair. I tend to use 1 pump usually, but if my hair is feeling particularly dry after a lot of styling with straighteners I add an extra pump to damp hair.
