Top 5 Styling ProductsAfter a request from one of our lovely Facebook friends to recommend the best styling products, I’ve put together this post of our top 5, covering all hair types so there’s something for everyone to try!

Moroccanoil Treatment for all hair types – typically used more as a treatment, Moroccanoil is ideal to use before blow drying hair. It has the benefit of instant absorption and provides the ultimate nourishment for dry, damaged or coloured hair. Apply it only to the end sections to get super smooth hair, and better yet, it also helps to reduce drying time!

Sexy Hair So Pumped Volumizing Mist This is the ideal spray to take with you on the go as it works best on dry hair. It’s a medium hold volumizing mist that provides extra lift and softenss. It gives amazing volume yet looks natural. You simply spray onto dry hair and use your hands to build volume.

Fudge Salt Spraythis is the ultimate ‘get out of bed’ look styling spray. It creates that raw textured look, whilst providing medium hold and body. It’s also ideal for on holiday to create ‘beach hair’. Simply apply to damp hair spraying into the root area and scrunch through the lengths, leaving it to dry naturally.

You can also spray lightly onto dry hair at the root area to refresh style and add body.

TIGI Catwalk Curlesque Curls Rock Curl Amplifier One for those with curly hair, enhance your natural texture with this cream. It gives perfect hold and control for defined curls and streamlined waves

You can use it alone for precise control or amplify with the defining serum for feather-light hold and waves. Use on dry ends to defrizz unruly curls or waves.

Sexy Hair Power Straight Straightening Balmthis balm works well on all hair types, but especially for extremely curly hair. It combats even the most difficult curls and creates ultra-straight hair without the added weight. It also moisturises and eliminates frizz leaving you with silky and smooth hair with a gorgeous apricot vanilla blossom fragrance.

To use, emulsify a small amount between hands and apply from root to tip. Blow dry or use a flat iron to straighten hair.

Some people prefer to use very few styling products, so a top tip would be to use a heat protector so that you can still protect your hair from heat and styling damage. Paul Mitchell Heat Seal is ideal as it also provides a light hold and enhances shine. Apply to towel dried hair and comb through.

For those with hair extensions, I&K Heat Protector Spray is especially designed for hair extensions and protects the hair from heat damage. Apply it evenly to hair, avoiding the bonded areas, and style as desired.
