Create a side parting and on damp hair add a pump or two of Paul Mitchell Extra-Body Sculpting Foam before drying. This will create weightless body and volume plus a lot of shine. If your hair needs extra length and volume like Cheryl's, clip in your I&K clip in straight hair extensions.
Once the hair is dry, you need to create the loose, large waves like Cheryl. To do this, use the Babyliss Pro Titanium Expression Waving wand. The extra-long barrel makes it ideal for long hair and it creates gorgeously soft curls and waves. Finish with a spritz of your favourite hairspray
Next onto the makeup. The focus for Cheryl’s look is all in the eyes using a light wash of colour. For the intensity, use New CID I-Gel Long Wear Eye liner in carbon on both the upper and lower lash line. Then add a line of Daniel Sandler Long Lasting Waterproof Eyeliner in Green Velvet and blend out with a blending brush to create a wash of colour instead of a harsh line. Follow up with your favourite mascara.
